Section 14
Do not participate in the decision-making process if there is a conflict of interest
If a member of the commission has an interest, concern or interest in any matter pending in the commission or if his close relative is directly affected, such member cannot participate in the decision-making process of the commission after informing the commission of such matter in advance.
